How long it takes
Your order is packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. It then reaches you in 6–10 business days in total from the moment your payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in your country.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on everything we sell, with no minimum order. The price on the product page is the price you pay — nothing is added at checkout except any tax your own country applies.
Where we ship
We deliver to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. These are the destinations offered at checkout: if your country is not on the list, the address will be refused when you pay, so please do not place an order expecting us to make an exception.
Prices are shown in your local currency, and you can switch markets at the bottom of any page. In the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand the price you see already includes VAT or GST. In the United States and Canada, sales tax is not included in the displayed price and is added at checkout where it applies.
Import duties
Depending on your country and the value of the order, customs duties or import taxes may be charged on arrival. They are set by your own authorities, not by us, and they are yours to pay. We do not mark parcels as gifts and we do not under-declare their value — doing so would put the charge, and the delay, back on you.
Tracking
You get a confirmation e-mail as soon as your payment goes through, then a tracking number by e-mail once the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Lost or damaged parcels
Write to hello@thecathammock.com. A parcel that never arrives, or that arrives damaged, is replaced or refunded — and you do not have to pay to send anything back to us first.
