Before you write
Two questions come up again and again, and the answer is already on the site:
- “Will it fit my window?” — allow 19.9 in (50.5 cm) of smooth glass for the suction model, or 16.9 in (43 cm) of sill depth for the wooden frame. All three sets of measurements are given on the homepage.
- “Where is my order?” — the tracking number goes out by email in the days following dispatch. The full timings are on the Shipping.
For a return
Just give us your order number and we send you a prepaid return label. The conditions are set out on the Returns and refunds.
